Several LED related solutions focusing on the automotive market are continuously being developed under the umbrella of the open ISELED technology and by different ISELED alliance members. The product range includes smart LED modules, standalone drivers/controllers, dedicated microcontrollers and development kits. Various systems combining ISELED components with optics are under development.
ISELED, based on smart LED modules, offers innovative features to support the increasing usage of LEDs in cars for different lighting tasks. Automotive suppliers benefit from the smart control and communication for each LED, the calibration of color and brightness at the end of the LED module production, the automatic self-controlled temperature compensation, the easy handling and the integrated diagnostic functionality.
